ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ, ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਹਾਕਮ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਰਾਜੇ ਨਬੂਕਦਨੱਸਰ, ਤੂੰਁ ਹੀ ਬੁੱਤ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਸੁਨਿਹਰੀ ਸਿਰ ਹੈਂ।
