Acts 27:43
ਸੈਨਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਯੂਲਿਉਸ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਯੂਲਿਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੈਰਨਾ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਛਾਲ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਤੈਰ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਨਿਕਲਣ।

ਸੈਨਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਯੂਲਿਉਸ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਯੂਲਿਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੈਰਨਾ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਛਾਲ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਤੈਰ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਨਿਕਲਣ।
