Proverbs 16:32
ਤਾਕਤਵਰ ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਧੀਰਜਵਾਨ ਹੋਣਾ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਹੈ। ਪੂਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਪਾਉਣ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਪਾਉਣਾ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਹੈ।
