Leviticus 14:43
“ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਲਸਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਲਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਲਸਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਾ ਦੇਵੇ। ਅਤੇ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ਫ਼ੂੰਦ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਵੇ।

ਇਬਰਾਨੀਆਂ 6:4
ਜਦੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਮਸੀਹ ਦਾ ਮਾਰਗ ਛੱਡ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕਰਵਾ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋਂ? ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਦਾਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਮਲਿਤ ਹੋਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਖੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵੀ ਦੇਖੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਖੁਦ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਦਾ ਮਾਰਗ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕਰਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਸੀਹ ਕੋਲ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਉਣਾ ਸੰਭਵ ਨਹੀਂ। ਕਿਉਂ? ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਸੀਹ ਦਾ ਮਾਰਗ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਲੀਬ ਉੱਤੇ ਠੋਕ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਰਮ ਲਿਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
੨ ਪਤਰਸ 2:20
ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਸਾਡੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਕਤੀਦਾਤੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਨੂੰ ਡੂੰਘਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਨਣ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੰਦੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸ ਮੁੜ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਇਸਦੇ ਨਿਯੰਤ੍ਰਣ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
੨ ਪਤਰਸ 2:22
ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਖਣੀਆਂ ਸੱਚ ਹਨ: “ਇੱਕ ਕੁੱਤਾ ਉਲਟੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਉਲਟੀ ਵੱਲ ਵਾਪਸ ਪਰਤਦਾ ਹੈ।” ਅਤੇ, “ਇੱਕ ਸੂਰ ਨੁਹਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਦ, ਮੁੜ ਚਿੱਕੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੇਟਣ ਲਈ ਵਾਪਸ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।”

ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਖਾਸ ਉਤਸਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੱਦੇ ਦਾਗਾਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਬੇਸ਼ਰਮ ਹੋਕੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਭੋਜਨ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੀ ਖਿਆਲ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਬਿਨ ਵਰੱਖਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਡਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਫ਼ਲ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਖਣੇ ਬਿਰੱਖ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਪੈਣ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਦੋਹਰੀ ਮੌਤ ਮਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
