Jeremiah 50:18
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਰਬ-ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ: “ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮੈਂ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ।
