ਤੂੰ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਕੋਲ ਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾਵਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਜਾਕੇ ਆਖ।” ਤਦ ਯੋਆਬ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਸਿਆਣੀ ਔਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਜਾਕੇ ਕੀ ਆਖਣਾ ਹੈ।

ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਕੀ ਯੋਆਬ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਣ ਲਈ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਇਆ?” ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ, “ਤੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਦੀ ਸੌਂਹ! ਮੇਰੇ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ! ਤੂੰ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਠੀਕ ਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤੇਰੇ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਯੋਆਬ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਕੋਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਕੀ ਬੋਲਣਾ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੂੰ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸੇਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰਪੱਕ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਕਿ ਤੇਰਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਸਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਣ।

ਤਾਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਬਿਲਆਮ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਆਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਬਾਲਾਕ ਕੋਲ ਵਾਪਸ ਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਣ ਲਈ ਦੱਸੀਆਂ ਹਨ।”
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 18:18
ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨੋ ਹੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਰਗਾ ਇੱਕ ਨਬੀ ਭੇਜਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਦੱਸੇਗਾ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਮੈਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। ਮੇਰਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਰੂਹ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਸਂਗ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੁਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ।”
