ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਮੋਆਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਹਰਾਇਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਲੰਮੇ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ, ਫ਼ਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਲੱਗ ਅਲੱਗ ਪੰਗਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਰੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੋ ਪੰਗਤਾਂ ਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੀਜੀ ਪੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇੰਝ ਮੋਆਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਦਾਸ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਨਜ਼ਰਾਨਾ ਲਿਆਏ।
ਯਸਈਆਹ 16:1
ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਲਈ ਸੌਗਾਤ ਭੇਜਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਦੀ ਪੁੱਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰੂਬਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੇਲਾ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਲੇਲਾ ਭੇਜਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਅੱਯੂਬ 42:12
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਅੱਯੂਬ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਸੀਸ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਅੱਯੂਬ ਨੂੰ 14,000 ਭੇਡਾਂ 6,000 ਊਠ 2,000 ਗਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ 1,000 ਗਧੀਆਂ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ।

ਅੱਯੂਬ 7,000 ਭੇਡਾਂ, 3,000 ਊਠਾਂ, 1,000 ਬਲਦਾਂ ਅਤੇ 500 ਗਧਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੌਕਰ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਪੂਰਬ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਅਮੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਆਦਮੀ ਸੀ।

ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਜਾੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਬੁਰਜ ਬਣਵਾਏ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਖੂਹ ਪੁਟਵਾਏ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਪਹਾੜੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਜਾਊ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਸੀ। ਅੰਗੂਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਗ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਾਮੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਖੁਦ ਖੇਤੀ-ਬਾੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ।

ਫ਼ਿਰ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਮੋਆਬ ਦੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਆਬੀ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੀ ਪਰਜ਼ਾ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾਊਦ ਲਈ ਨਜ਼ਰਾਨਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਏ।
ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 26:13
ਇਸਹਾਕ ਅਮੀਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਦੌਲਤ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਮੀਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ, ਅਬਰਾਮ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਮੀਰ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਾਸ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਸ਼ੂ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਨਾ-ਚਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ।
