ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੋਚਦੇ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਦੇਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕਦੇ। ਜੋ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਉਹ ਥੋੜੇ ਚਿਰ ਲਈ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਦੇਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕਦੇ, ਸਦੀਵੀ ਹਨ।

ਨਿਹਚਾ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਹੋਣਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਮੀਦ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੱਚ ਹਨ।
ਰੋਮੀਆਂ 8:24
ਅਸੀਂ ਬਚਾਏ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਆਸ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਆਸ ਅਸੀਂ ਵੇਖੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸੱਚ ਮੁੱਚ ਆਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਉਸਦੀ ਆਸ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵੇਖੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
੧ ਯੂਹੰਨਾ 2:16
ਇਹ ਦੁਨਿਆਵੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਪੀ-ਆਪੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਪੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਘਮੰਡ ਕਰਨਾ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਈ। ਉਹ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਨ।
ਇਬਰਾਨੀਆਂ 11:13
ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਲੋਕ ਮੌਤ ਤੱਕ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਨਾਲ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਰਹੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਪਾਈਆਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਾਇਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਖੁਸ਼ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਬੂਲਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਜਨਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਸਨ।

ਇਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਸਦੀਪਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਹੈ।

ਅਸੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਿਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਖੁਦ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁੱਖ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਚੰਗੀ ਗੱਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਦੇ ਹੋ, ਬਲ ਬਖਸ਼ੇ ਸਨ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਆਸ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਅਮਰ ਹੈ।
ਇਬਰਾਨੀਆਂ 11:25
ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੇ ਭੋਗ ਬਿਲਾਸ ਨਾ ਮਾਨਣ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਹ ਭੋਗ ਬਿਲਾਸ ਛੇਤੀ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਨ। ਇਸਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਸੰਗ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਝੱਲਣ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ। ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਸੀ।
ਇਬਰਾਨੀਆਂ 12:2
ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੀ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਯਿਸੂ ਸਾਡੀ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਦਾ ਆਗੂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਪੂਰਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਲੀਬ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਰ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਸਲੀਬ ਦੀ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਝੱਲਿਆ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਉਸ ਹੁਲਾਸ ਲਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਤਖਤ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੈ।
