ਅਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਹਜ਼ਾਏਲ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਬਨ-ਹਦਦ ਨਵਾਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਬਣਿਆ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕ ਦਿਨ-ਰਾਤ ਉਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਬਿਨਾ ਦੇਰੀ ਕੀਤਿਆਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
