ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਇੱਕਤਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਆਏ। ਉਹ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਚੋ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਆਏ।
