ਇੱਕ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜੋ ਗਿਬਆਹ ਦਾ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਹਾਂ! ਅਤੇ ਇਉਂ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਗੂ ਹੈ।” ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਕਹਾਵਤ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਕਿ “ਕੀ ਭਲਾ ਸ਼ਾਊਲ ਵੀ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੈ?”

யாக்கோபு பதான்அராமிலிருந்து வந்தபின் கானான்தேசத்திலிருக்கிற சாலேம் என்னும் சீகேமுடைய பட்டணத்திற்கு அருகே சென்று கூடாரம்போட்டான்.

யாக்கோபு தனது பயணத்தைச் சுகமாகபதான் அராமிலிருந்து கானான் நாட்டிலிலுள்ள சீகேம் பட்டணத்திற்கு அருகில் முடித்துவிட்டான். நகரத்திற்கு அருகிலுள்ள வயலில் தன் கூடாரத்தைப் போட்டான்.

	כֵּן֙	kēn	kane
it became	הָֽיְתָ֣ה	hāyĕtâ	ha-yeh-TA
proverb, a	לְמָשָׁ֔ל	lĕmāšāl	leh-ma-SHAHL
Is Saul	הֲגַ֥ם	hăgam	huh-ɡAHM
also	שָׁא֖וּל	šāʾûl	sha-OOL
among the prophets?	בַּנְּבִאִֽים׃	bannĕbiʾîm	ba-neh-vee-EEM
