ਤਦ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਦੇ ਅਨਾਜ ਦਾ ਦਸਵੰਧ, ਨਵੀਂ ਮੈਅ ਤੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਲ਼ਈ ਤੇਲ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ। ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਦਾਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਇਸ ਪਰੀਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰੋ। ਆਪਣਾ ਦਸਵੰਧ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅਰਪਣ ਕਰੋ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਖਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਵੋ। ਮੇਰੇ ਭਵਨ ਲਈ ਭੋਜਨ ਲਿਆਓ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅਜ਼ਮਾਅ ਲਵੋ। ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਰਸਤੇ ਤੇ ਚੱਲੋਂਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਵਰਦਾਨ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਫ਼ਿਰ ਬਰਕਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਵਰਦੇ ਮੀਂਹ ਵਾਂਗ ਆਉਣਗੀਆਂ। ਹਰ ਵਸਤੂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਲੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।
Leviticus 27:30
“ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਫ਼ਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਸਵਾਂ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ।
