ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਾਜਕ ਅਤੇ ਨੇਮ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਵੀ ਉਸੇ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਯਿਸੂ ਦਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਉਡਾਇਆ। ਉਹ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਹਿਣ ਲੱਗੇ, “ਉਸਨੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਬਚਾਇਆ, ਪਰ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚਾ ਸੱਕਿਆ।
