Joshua 8:6
ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਤੱਕ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਹ ਸੋਚਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਦੂਰ ਭੱਜ ਜਾਵਾਂਗੇ।

| They flee | יֹֽאמְר֔וּ | yōʾmĕrû | yoh-meh-ROO |
| before | נָסִ֣ים | nāsîm | na-SEEM |
| us, as | לְפָנֵ֔ינוּ | lĕpānênû | leh-fa-NAY-noo |
| first: the at | כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֖ר | kaʾăšer | ka-uh-SHER |
| therefore we will flee | בָּרִֽאשֹׁנָ֑ה | bāriʾšōnâ | ba-ree-shoh-NA |
