“ਅਸੀਂ ਬਾਬਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਦਿਆਂ ਸੁਣ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਸਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

Jeremiah 50:27
ਬਾਬਲ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਭ ਜਵਾਨ ਬਲਦਾਂ (ਆਦਮੀਆਂ) ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿਓ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਕਰ ਦਿਓ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਰ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਬੁਰਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੈ।

ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਫ਼ੌਜਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਣਿਆ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਉਹ ਇੰਨਾ ਡਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਿੱਲਦੇ। ਡਰ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਦਾ ਪੇਟ ਦੁੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਔਰਤ ਬੱਚਾ ਜਣਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੋਵੇ।”
