Jeremiah 48:19
ਅਰੋਏਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲੋਕੋ, ਸੜਕ ਕੰਢੇ ਖਲੋ ਜਾਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਖੋ। ਦੂਰ ਭੱਜ ਰਹੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖੋ। ਦੂਰ ਭੱਜ ਰਹੀ ਔਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖੋ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛੋ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਕੁਰਸੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਏਲੀ ਬੈਠਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਸ਼ੀਲੋਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਆ। ਏਲੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਬਾਰੇ ਫ਼ਿਕਰਮੰਦ ਸੀ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਬਾਹਰ ਬੈਠਾ ਵੇਖ ਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਡੀਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤਦ ਹੀ ਬਿਨਯਾਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੀਲੋਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਕੇ ਇਹ ਭੈੜੀ ਖਬਰ ਦੱਸੀ। ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉੱਚੀ-ਉੱਚੀ ਰੋਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਯਰਦਨੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਾਜ਼ੇਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਲਾਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਡੇਰਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਵੱਲ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਗਾਦ ਵਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਮੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਯਾਜ਼ੇਰ ਵੱਲ ਸੀ।
1 Chronicles 5:8
