Jeremiah 36:16
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਸੁਣੇ। ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਵੱਲ ਝਾਕਣ ਲੱਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਾਰੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਯਹੋਯਾਕੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।”

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਸੁਣੇ। ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਵੱਲ ਝਾਕਣ ਲੱਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਾਰੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਯਹੋਯਾਕੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।”
