ਮੈਂ ਅਯਾਲੀਆਂ (ਆਗੂਆਂ) ਦਾ ਸ਼ੋਰ ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਦਿਆਂ ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਰਾਂਦਾਂ (ਦੇਸ਼) ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਅਯਾਲੀਓ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਭੇਡਾਂ (ਲੋਕਾਂ) ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਵੱਡੇ ਆਗੂਓ ਰੋਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿਓ! ਤੁਸੀਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ (ਲੋਕਾਂ) ਦੇ ਆਗੂਓ ਦਰਦ ਨਾਲ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਲੇਟਣੀਆਂ ਖਾਓ। ਕਿਉਂ? ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕਤਲ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੰਡਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ, ਟੁੱਟੇ ਘੜੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਠੀਕਰੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਖਿੰਡ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
