Isaiah 43:8
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਆਵੋ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਅੰਨ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਆਵੋ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਨ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਬੋਲੇ ਹਨ।

Deuteronomy 29:2

Isaiah 42:18

Isaiah 44:18
ਉਹ ਬੰਦੇ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ! ਇਹ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਢੱਕੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਦੇਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕਦੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ (ਮਨ) ਸਮਝਣ ਦੀ ਚੇਸ਼ਟਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ।
Jeremiah 5:21

2 Corinthians 4:4
ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਨ੍ਹਾ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ। ਉਹ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਦੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ, ਮਸੀਹ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਨੂੰ, ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖ ਸੱਕਦੇ। ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਮਸੀਹ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਹੂ-ਬ-ਹੂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ।
