ਉਹ ਗਰੀਬ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਗਰੀਬ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਖੋਹ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵਿਧਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਯਤੀਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਰੀ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਣ।
