Hosea 9:14
ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਜੋ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਦ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਜੋ ਜੁਆਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਆਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਛਾਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ।

ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਉਲਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ “ਅਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਪੰਛੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਉੱਡ-ਪੁੱਡ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਹੁਣ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਗਰਭ ਠਹਿਰੇਗਾ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਬੱਚਾ ਜਨਮ ਲਵੇਗਾ।
Hosea 9:13
ਮੈਂ ਵੇਖ ਰਿਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਅਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਂਦੇ ਵੱਲ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਤਿਆਰਿਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਲੈ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
Hosea 9:16
ਅਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੜ ਸੁਕਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਹੋਰ ਬੱਚੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਣਗੇ ਪਰ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਉਹ ਜਣ ਵੀ ਲੈਣ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਢ ਸੁੱਟਾਂਗਾ।
