שִׁמְע֥וּ the sheem-OO דְבַר word deh-VAHR יְהוָ֖ה of yeh-VA בְּנֵ֣י the beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל Lord, yees-ra-ALE כִּ֣י ye kee רִ֤יב children reev לַֽיהוָה֙ of lai-VA עִם Israel: eem יוֹשְׁבֵ֣י for yoh-sheh-VAY הָאָ֔רֶץ the ha-AH-rets כִּ֠י Lord kee אֵין hath ane אֱמֶ֧ת a ay-MET וְֽאֵין controversy VEH-ane חֶ֛סֶד with HEH-sed וְאֵֽין the veh-ANE דַּ֥עַת inhabitants DA-at אֱלֹהִ֖ים of ay-loh-HEEM בָּאָֽרֶץ׃ the ba-AH-rets -
אָלֹ֣ה swearing, ah-LOH וְכַחֵ֔שׁ and veh-ha-HAYSH וְרָצֹ֥חַ lying, veh-ra-TSOH-ak וְגָנֹ֖ב and veh-ɡa-NOVE וְנָאֹ֑ף killing, veh-na-OFE פָּרָ֕צוּ and pa-RA-tsoo וְדָמִ֥ים stealing, veh-da-MEEM בְּדָמִ֖ים and beh-da-MEEM נָגָֽעוּ׃ committing na-ɡa-OO -
עַל al כֵּ֣ן׀ shall kane תֶּאֱבַ֣ל the teh-ay-VAHL הָאָ֗רֶץ land ha-AH-rets וְאֻמְלַל֙ mourn, veh-oom-LAHL כָּל and kahl יוֹשֵׁ֣ב every yoh-SHAVE בָּ֔הּ one ba בְּחַיַּ֥ת that beh-ha-YAHT הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה dwelleth ha-sa-DEH וּבְע֣וֹף therein oo-veh-OFE הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם shall ha-sha-MA-yeem וְגַם languish, veh-ɡAHM דְּגֵ֥י with deh-ɡAY הַיָּ֖ם the ha-YAHM יֵאָסֵֽפוּ׃ beasts yay-ah-say-FOO -
אַ֥ךְ let ak אִ֛ישׁ no eesh אַל man al יָרֵ֖ב strive, ya-RAVE וְאַל nor veh-AL יוֹכַ֣ח reprove yoh-HAHK אִ֑ישׁ another: eesh וְעַמְּךָ֖ for veh-ah-meh-HA כִּמְרִיבֵ֥י thy keem-ree-VAY כֹהֵֽן׃ people hoh-HANE -
וְכָשַׁלְתָּ֣ shalt veh-ha-shahl-TA הַיּ֔וֹם thou HA-yome וְכָשַׁ֧ל fall veh-ha-SHAHL גַּם in ɡahm נָבִ֛יא the na-VEE עִמְּךָ֖ day, ee-meh-HA לָ֑יְלָה and LA-yeh-la וְדָמִ֖יתִי the veh-da-MEE-tee אִמֶּֽךָ׃ prophet ee-MEH-ha -
נִדְמ֥וּ people need-MOO עַמִּ֖י are ah-MEE מִבְּלִ֣י destroyed mee-beh-LEE הַדָּ֑עַת for ha-DA-at כִּֽי lack kee אַתָּ֞ה of ah-TA הַדַּ֣עַת knowledge: ha-DA-at מָאַ֗סְתָּ because ma-AS-ta וְאֶמְאָֽסְאךָ֙ thou veh-em-ah-seh-HA מִכַּהֵ֣ן hast mee-ka-HANE לִ֔י rejected lee וַתִּשְׁכַּח֙ knowledge, va-teesh-KAHK תּוֹרַ֣ת I toh-RAHT אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ will ay-loh-HAY-ha אֶשְׁכַּ֥ח also esh-KAHK בָּנֶ֖יךָ reject ba-NAY-ha גַּם thee, ɡahm אָֽנִי׃ that AH-nee -
כְּרֻבָּ֖ם they keh-roo-BAHM כֵּ֣ן were kane חָֽטְאוּ increased, HA-teh-oo לִ֑י so lee כְּבוֹדָ֖ם they keh-voh-DAHM בְּקָל֥וֹן sinned beh-ka-LONE אָמִֽיר׃ against ah-MEER -
חַטַּ֥את eat ha-TAHT עַמִּ֖י up ah-MEE יֹאכֵ֑לוּ the yoh-HAY-loo וְאֶל sin veh-EL עֲוֹנָ֖ם of uh-oh-NAHM יִשְׂא֥וּ my yees-OO נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃ people, nahf-SHOH -
וְהָיָ֥ה there veh-ha-YA כָעָ֖ם shall ha-AM כַּכֹּהֵ֑ן be, ka-koh-HANE וּפָקַדְתִּ֤י like oo-fa-kahd-TEE עָלָיו֙ people, ah-lav דְּרָכָ֔יו like deh-ra-HAV וּמַעֲלָלָ֖יו priest: oo-ma-uh-la-LAV אָשִׁ֥יב and ah-SHEEV לֽוֹ׃ I loh -
וְאָֽכְלוּ֙ they veh-ah-heh-LOO וְלֹ֣א shall veh-LOH יִשְׂבָּ֔עוּ eat, yees-BA-oo הִזְנ֖וּ and heez-NOO וְלֹ֣א not veh-LOH יִפְרֹ֑צוּ have yeef-ROH-tsoo כִּֽי enough: kee אֶת they et יְהוָ֥ה shall yeh-VA עָזְב֖וּ commit oze-VOO לִשְׁמֹֽר׃ whoredom, leesh-MORE -
זְנ֛וּת and zeh-NOOT וְיַ֥יִן wine veh-YA-yeen וְתִיר֖וֹשׁ and veh-tee-ROHSH יִֽקַּֽח new YEE-KAHK לֵֽב׃ wine lave -
עַמִּי֙ people ah-MEE בְּעֵצ֣וֹ ask beh-ay-TSOH יִשְׁאָ֔ל counsel yeesh-AL וּמַקְל֖וֹ at oo-mahk-LOH יַגִּ֣יד their ya-ɡEED ל֑וֹ stocks, loh כִּ֣י and kee ר֤וּחַ their ROO-ak זְנוּנִים֙ staff zeh-noo-NEEM הִתְעָ֔ה declareth heet-AH וַיִּזְנ֖וּ unto va-yeez-NOO מִתַּ֥חַת them: mee-TA-haht אֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃ for ay-loh-hay-HEM -
עַל sacrifice al רָאשֵׁ֨י upon ra-SHAY הֶהָרִ֜ים the heh-ha-REEM יְזַבֵּ֗חוּ tops yeh-za-BAY-hoo וְעַל of veh-AL הַגְּבָעוֹת֙ the ha-ɡeh-va-OTE יְקַטֵּ֔רוּ mountains, yeh-ka-TAY-roo תַּ֣חַת and TA-haht אַלּ֧וֹן burn AH-lone וְלִבְנֶ֛ה incense veh-leev-NEH וְאֵלָ֖ה upon veh-ay-LA כִּ֣י the kee ט֣וֹב hills, tove צִלָּ֑הּ under tsee-LA עַל oaks al כֵּ֗ן and kane תִּזְנֶ֙ינָה֙ poplars teez-NAY-NA בְּנ֣וֹתֵיכֶ֔ם and beh-NOH-tay-HEM וְכַלּוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם elms, veh-ha-loh-tay-HEM תְּנָאַֽפְנָה׃ because teh-na-AF-na -
לֹֽא will loh אֶפְק֨וֹד not ef-KODE עַל punish al בְּנוֹתֵיכֶ֜ם beh-noh-tay-HEM כִּ֣י your kee תִזְנֶ֗ינָה daughters teez-NAY-na וְעַל when veh-AL כַּלּֽוֹתֵיכֶם֙ they ka-loh-tay-HEM כִּ֣י commit kee תְנָאַ֔פְנָה whoredom, teh-na-AF-na כִּי nor kee הֵם֙ your hame עִם spouses eem הַזֹּנ֣וֹת when ha-zoh-NOTE יְפָרֵ֔דוּ they yeh-fa-RAY-doo וְעִם commit veh-EEM הַקְּדֵשׁ֖וֹת adultery: ha-keh-day-SHOTE יְזַבֵּ֑חוּ for yeh-za-BAY-hoo וְעָ֥ם themselves veh-AM לֹֽא are loh יָבִ֖ין separated ya-VEEN יִלָּבֵֽט׃ with yee-la-VATE -
אִם thou, eem זֹנֶ֤ה Israel, zoh-NEH אַתָּה֙ play ah-TA יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל the yees-ra-ALE אַל harlot, al יֶאְשַׁ֖ם yet yeh-SHAHM יְהוּדָ֑ה let yeh-hoo-DA וְאַל not veh-AL תָּבֹ֣אוּ Judah ta-VOH-oo הַגִּלְגָּ֗ל offend; ha-ɡeel-ɡAHL וְאַֽל and veh-AL תַּעֲלוּ֙ come ta-uh-LOO בֵּ֣ית not bate אָ֔וֶן ye AH-ven וְאַל unto veh-AL תִּשָּׁבְע֖וּ Gilgal, tee-shove-OO חַי neither hai יְהוָֽה׃ go yeh-VA -
