ਪਹਿਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਲੈਣ-ਦੇਣ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਸਨ।
