ਮੈਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਸਾਡੇ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਭਰਾ ਗੁਲਾਮਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿੰਨਾ ਕੁ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਲਾਮਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੇਚ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਂ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਖਰੀਦਣਾ ਪਵੇ।” ਉਹ ਅਮੀਰ ਲੋਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਨਾ ਸੁਝਿਆ।

ਮੈਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਸਾਡੇ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਭਰਾ ਗੁਲਾਮਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿੰਨਾ ਕੁ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਲਾਮਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੇਚ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਂ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਖਰੀਦਣਾ ਪਵੇ।” ਉਹ ਅਮੀਰ ਲੋਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਨਾ ਸੁਝਿਆ।
