וַֽיְהִ֗י after va-HEE אַֽחֲרֵ֛י the ah-huh-RAY מ֥וֹת death mote מֹשֶׁ֖ה of moh-SHEH עֶ֣בֶד Moses EH-ved יְהוָ֑ה the yeh-VA וַיֹּ֤אמֶר servant va-YOH-mer יְהוָה֙ of yeh-VA אֶל the el יְהוֹשֻׁ֣עַ Lord yeh-hoh-SHOO-ah בִּן it been נ֔וּן came noon מְשָׁרֵ֥ת to meh-sha-RATE מֹשֶׁ֖ה pass, moh-SHEH לֵאמֹֽר׃ that lay-MORE -
מֹשֶׁ֥ה my moh-SHEH עַבְדִּ֖י servant av-DEE מֵ֑ת is mate וְעַתָּה֩ dead; veh-ah-TA ק֨וּם now koom עֲבֹ֜ר therefore uh-VORE אֶת arise, et הַיַּרְדֵּ֣ן go ha-yahr-DANE הַזֶּ֗ה over ha-ZEH אַתָּה֙ ah-TA וְכָל this veh-HAHL הָעָ֣ם Jordan, ha-AM הַזֶּ֔ה thou, ha-ZEH אֶל and el הָאָ֕רֶץ all ha-AH-rets אֲשֶׁ֧ר this uh-SHER אָֽנֹכִ֛י people, ah-noh-HEE נֹתֵ֥ן unto noh-TANE לָהֶ֖ם the la-HEM לִבְנֵ֥י land leev-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ which yees-ra-ALE -
כָּל place kahl מָק֗וֹם that ma-KOME אֲשֶׁ֨ר the uh-SHER תִּדְרֹ֧ךְ sole teed-ROKE כַּֽף of kahf רַגְלְכֶ֛ם your rahɡ-leh-HEM בּ֖וֹ foot boh לָכֶ֣ם shall la-HEM נְתַתִּ֑יו tread neh-ta-TEEOO כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר upon, ka-uh-SHER דִּבַּ֖רְתִּי that dee-BAHR-tee אֶל have el מֹשֶֽׁה׃ I moh-SHEH -
מֵֽהַמִּדְבָּר֩ the may-ha-meed-BAHR וְהַלְּבָנ֨וֹן wilderness veh-ha-leh-va-NONE הַזֶּ֜ה and ha-ZEH וְֽעַד this VEH-ad הַנָּהָ֧ר Lebanon ha-na-HAHR הַגָּד֣וֹל even ha-ɡa-DOLE נְהַר unto neh-HAHR פְּרָ֗ת the peh-RAHT כֹּ֚ל great kole אֶ֣רֶץ river, EH-rets הַֽחִתִּ֔ים the ha-hee-TEEM וְעַד river veh-AD הַיָּ֥ם Euphrates, ha-YAHM הַגָּד֖וֹל all ha-ɡa-DOLE מְב֣וֹא the meh-VOH הַשָּׁ֑מֶשׁ land ha-SHA-mesh יִֽהְיֶ֖ה of yee-heh-YEH גְּבֽוּלְכֶֽם׃ the ɡeh-VOO-leh-HEM -
לֹֽא shall loh יִתְיַצֵּ֥ב not yeet-ya-TSAVE אִישׁ֙ any eesh לְפָנֶ֔יךָ man leh-fa-NAY-ha כֹּ֖ל be kole יְמֵ֣י able yeh-MAY חַיֶּ֑יךָ to ha-YAY-ha כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֨ר stand ka-uh-SHER הָיִ֤יתִי before ha-YEE-tee עִם thee eem מֹשֶׁה֙ all moh-SHEH אֶֽהְיֶ֣ה the eh-heh-YEH עִמָּ֔ךְ days ee-MAHK לֹ֥א of loh אַרְפְּךָ֖ thy ar-peh-HA וְלֹ֥א life: veh-LOH אֶֽעֶזְבֶֽךָּ׃ as EH-ez-VEH-ka -
חֲזַ֖ק strong huh-ZAHK וֶֽאֱמָ֑ץ and veh-ay-MAHTS כִּ֣י of kee אַתָּ֗ה a ah-TA תַּנְחִיל֙ good tahn-HEEL אֶת courage: et הָעָ֣ם for ha-AM הַזֶּ֔ה unto ha-ZEH אֶת et הָאָ֕רֶץ this ha-AH-rets אֲשֶׁר people uh-SHER נִשְׁבַּ֥עְתִּי shalt neesh-BA-tee לַֽאֲבוֹתָ֖ם thou la-uh-voh-TAHM לָתֵ֥ת divide la-TATE לָהֶֽם׃ for la-HEM -
רַק֩ be rahk חֲזַ֨ק thou huh-ZAHK וֶֽאֱמַ֜ץ strong veh-ay-MAHTS מְאֹ֗ד and meh-ODE לִשְׁמֹ֤ר very leesh-MORE לַֽעֲשׂוֹת֙ courageous, la-uh-SOTE כְּכָל that keh-HAHL הַתּוֹרָ֗ה thou ha-toh-RA אֲשֶׁ֤ר mayest uh-SHER צִוְּךָ֙ observe tsee-weh-HA מֹשֶׁ֣ה to moh-SHEH עַבְדִּ֔י do av-DEE אַל according al תָּס֥וּר to ta-SOOR מִמֶּ֖נּוּ all mee-MEH-noo יָמִ֣ין the ya-MEEN וּשְׂמֹ֑אול law, oo-seh-MOVE-l לְמַ֣עַן which leh-MA-an תַּשְׂכִּ֔יל Moses tahs-KEEL בְּכֹ֖ל my beh-HOLE אֲשֶׁ֥ר servant uh-SHER תֵּלֵֽךְ׃ commanded tay-LAKE -
לֹֽא book loh יָמ֡וּשׁ of ya-MOOSH סֵפֶר֩ the say-FER הַתּוֹרָ֨ה law ha-toh-RA הַזֶּ֜ה shall ha-ZEH מִפִּ֗יךָ not mee-PEE-ha וְהָגִ֤יתָ depart veh-ha-ɡEE-ta בּוֹ֙ out boh יוֹמָ֣ם of yoh-MAHM וָלַ֔יְלָה thy va-LA-la לְמַ֙עַן֙ mouth; leh-MA-AN תִּשְׁמֹ֣ר but teesh-MORE לַֽעֲשׂ֔וֹת thou la-uh-SOTE כְּכָל shalt keh-HAHL הַכָּת֖וּב meditate ha-ka-TOOV בּ֑וֹ therein boh כִּי day kee אָ֛ז and az תַּצְלִ֥יחַ night, tahts-LEE-ak אֶת that et דְּרָכֶ֖ךָ thou deh-ra-HEH-ha וְאָ֥ז mayest veh-AZ תַּשְׂכִּֽיל׃ observe tahs-KEEL -
הֲל֤וֹא not huh-LOH צִוִּיתִ֙יךָ֙ I tsee-wee-TEE-HA חֲזַ֣ק commanded huh-ZAHK וֶֽאֱמָ֔ץ thee? veh-ay-MAHTS אַֽל Be al תַּעֲרֹ֖ץ strong ta-uh-ROHTS וְאַל and veh-AL תֵּחָ֑ת of tay-HAHT כִּ֤י a kee עִמְּךָ֙ good ee-meh-HA יְהוָ֣ה courage; yeh-VA אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ be ay-loh-HAY-ha בְּכֹ֖ל not beh-HOLE אֲשֶׁ֥ר afraid, uh-SHER תֵּלֵֽךְ׃ tay-LAKE -
וַיְצַ֣ו Joshua vai-TSAHV יְהוֹשֻׁ֔עַ commanded yeh-hoh-SHOO-ah אֶת et שֹֽׁטְרֵ֥י the shoh-teh-RAY הָעָ֖ם officers ha-AM לֵאמֹֽר׃ of lay-MORE -
עִבְר֣וּ׀ through eev-ROO בְּקֶ֣רֶב the beh-KEH-rev הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֗ה host, ha-ma-huh-NEH וְצַוּ֤וּ and veh-TSA-woo אֶת command et הָעָם֙ ha-AM לֵאמֹ֔ר the lay-MORE הָכִ֥ינוּ people, ha-HEE-noo לָכֶ֖ם saying, la-HEM צֵידָ֑ה Prepare tsay-DA כִּ֞י you kee בְּע֣וֹד׀ victuals; beh-ODE שְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת for sheh-LOH-shet יָמִ֗ים within ya-MEEM אַתֶּם֙ three ah-TEM עֹֽבְרִים֙ days oh-veh-REEM אֶת ye et הַיַּרְדֵּ֣ן shall ha-yahr-DANE הַזֶּ֔ה pass ha-ZEH לָבוֹא֙ over la-VOH לָרֶ֣שֶׁת la-REH-shet אֶת this et הָאָ֔רֶץ Jordan, ha-AH-rets אֲשֶׁר֙ to uh-SHER יְהוָ֣ה go yeh-VA אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם in ay-loh-hay-HEM נֹתֵ֥ן to noh-TANE לָכֶ֖ם possess la-HEM לְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃ leh-reesh-TA -
וְלָרֽאוּבֵנִי֙ to veh-lore-oo-vay-NEE וְלַגָּדִ֔י the veh-la-ɡa-DEE וְלַֽחֲצִ֖י Reubenites, veh-la-huh-TSEE שֵׁ֣בֶט and SHAY-vet הַֽמְנַשֶּׁ֑ה to hahm-na-SHEH אָמַ֥ר the ah-MAHR יְהוֹשֻׁ֖עַ Gadites, yeh-hoh-SHOO-ah לֵאמֹֽר׃ and lay-MORE -
זָכוֹר֙ za-HORE אֶת the et הַדָּבָ֔ר word ha-da-VAHR אֲשֶׁ֨ר which uh-SHER צִוָּ֥ה Moses tsee-WA אֶתְכֶ֛ם the et-HEM מֹשֶׁ֥ה servant moh-SHEH עֶֽבֶד of EH-ved יְהוָ֖ה the yeh-VA לֵאמֹ֑ר Lord lay-MORE יְהוָ֤ה commanded yeh-VA אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם֙ you, ay-loh-hay-HEM מֵנִ֣יחַ saying, may-NEE-ak לָכֶ֔ם The la-HEM וְנָתַ֥ן Lord veh-na-TAHN לָכֶ֖ם your la-HEM אֶת God et הָאָ֥רֶץ hath ha-AH-rets הַזֹּֽאת׃ given ha-ZOTE -
נְשֵׁיכֶ֣ם wives, neh-shay-HEM טַפְּכֶם֮ your ta-peh-HEM וּמִקְנֵיכֶם֒ little oo-meek-nay-HEM יֵֽשְׁב֕וּ ones, yay-sheh-VOO בָּאָ֕רֶץ and ba-AH-rets אֲשֶׁ֨ר your uh-SHER נָתַ֥ן cattle, na-TAHN לָכֶ֛ם shall la-HEM מֹשֶׁ֖ה remain moh-SHEH בְּעֵ֣בֶר in beh-A-ver הַיַּרְדֵּ֑ן the ha-yahr-DANE וְאַתֶּם֩ land veh-ah-TEM תַּֽעַבְר֨וּ which ta-av-ROO חֲמֻשִׁ֜ים Moses huh-moo-SHEEM לִפְנֵ֣י gave leef-NAY אֲחֵיכֶ֗ם you uh-hay-HEM כֹּ֚ל on kole גִּבּוֹרֵ֣י this ɡee-boh-RAY הַחַ֔יִל side ha-HA-yeel וַֽעֲזַרְתֶּ֖ם Jordan; va-uh-zahr-TEM אוֹתָֽם׃ but oh-TAHM -
עַ֠ד ad אֲשֶׁר the uh-SHER יָנִ֨יחַ Lord ya-NEE-ak יְהוָ֥ה׀ have yeh-VA לַֽאֲחֵיכֶם֮ given la-uh-hay-HEM כָּכֶם֒ your ka-HEM וְיָֽרְשׁ֣וּ brethren veh-ya-reh-SHOO גַם rest, ɡahm הֵ֔מָּה as HAY-ma אֶת he et הָאָ֕רֶץ hath ha-AH-rets אֲשֶׁר given uh-SHER יְהוָ֥ה you, yeh-VA אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֖ם and ay-loh-hay-HEM נֹתֵ֣ן they noh-TANE לָהֶ֑ם also la-HEM וְשַׁבְתֶּ֞ם have veh-shahv-TEM לְאֶ֤רֶץ possessed leh-EH-rets יְרֻשַּׁתְכֶם֙ yeh-roo-shaht-HEM וִֽירִשְׁתֶּ֣ם the vee-reesh-TEM אוֹתָ֔הּ land oh-TA אֲשֶׁ֣ר׀ which uh-SHER נָתַ֣ן the na-TAHN לָכֶ֗ם Lord la-HEM מֹשֶׁה֙ your moh-SHEH עֶ֣בֶד God EH-ved יְהוָ֔ה giveth yeh-VA בְּעֵ֥בֶר them: beh-A-ver הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן then ha-yahr-DANE מִזְרַ֥ח ye meez-RAHK הַשָּֽׁמֶשׁ׃ shall ha-SHA-mesh -
וַֽיַּעֲנ֔וּ they va-ya-uh-NOO אֶת answered et יְהוֹשֻׁ֖עַ yeh-hoh-SHOO-ah לֵאמֹ֑ר Joshua, lay-MORE כֹּ֤ל saying, kole אֲשֶׁר All uh-SHER צִוִּיתָ֙נוּ֙ that tsee-wee-TA-NOO נַֽעֲשֶׂ֔ה thou na-uh-SEH וְאֶֽל commandest veh-EL כָּל us kahl אֲשֶׁ֥ר we uh-SHER תִּשְׁלָחֵ֖נוּ will teesh-la-HAY-noo נֵלֵֽךְ׃ do, nay-LAKE -
כְּכֹ֤ל as keh-HOLE אֲשֶׁר we uh-SHER שָׁמַ֙עְנוּ֙ hearkened sha-MA-NOO אֶל unto el מֹשֶׁ֔ה Moses moh-SHEH כֵּ֖ן in kane נִשְׁמַ֣ע all neesh-MA אֵלֶ֑יךָ things, ay-LAY-ha רַ֠ק so rahk יִֽהְיֶ֞ה will yee-heh-YEH יְהוָ֤ה we yeh-VA אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ hearken ay-loh-HAY-HA עִמָּ֔ךְ unto ee-MAHK כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר thee: ka-uh-SHER הָיָ֖ה only ha-YA עִם the eem מֹשֶֽׁה׃ Lord moh-SHEH -
