Ezekiel 33:18
ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਨੇਕ ਬੰਦਾ ਨੇਕੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਕਾਰਣ ਮਰੇਗਾ।

ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਚੰਗਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਬਦਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਰਾ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਮੰਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਮਰੇਗਾ।

Ezekiel 3:20
“ਜਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਨੇਕ ਬੰਦਾ ਨੇਕ ਹੋਣਾ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਵੇ। ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੁਝ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਰੱਖਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪ ਵੱਲ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਹ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮਰੇਗਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਾਪ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਨੇਕ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
