Deuteronomy 25:2
ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਜੱਜ ਇਹ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰੇ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੋੜਿਆ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਠਾ ਲਿਟਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੋਈ ਜਣਾ ਮੁਜਰਿਮ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਜ਼ਰਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੈ ਇਸਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਜ਼ੁਰਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

Deuteronomy 25:2
ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਜੱਜ ਇਹ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰੇ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੋੜਿਆ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਠਾ ਲਿਟਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੋਈ ਜਣਾ ਮੁਜਰਿਮ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਜ਼ਰਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੈ ਇਸਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਜ਼ੁਰਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
