ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਔਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਭੇਜਿਆ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਦਾਊਦ ਕੋਲ ਆਈ ਤਾਂ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਔਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਭੋਗ ਕੀਤਾ। ਫ਼ਿਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਧੋਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ।
