Deuteronomy 32:24
ਉਹ ਭੁੱਖ ਨਾਲ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਭਿਆਨਕ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਗਿਆਂ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਹਿਰੀਲੇ ਸੱਪ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡੱਸਣਗੇ।

| of beasts | אֲשַׁלַּח | ʾăšallaḥ | uh-sha-LAHK |
| with them, upon | בָּ֔ם | bām | bahm |
| the poison | עִם | ʿim | eem |
| of serpents | חֲמַ֖ת | ḥămat | huh-MAHT |
