ਮੈਨੂੰ, ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਾਦ ਨੇ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਉਦਾਸ ਹਾਂ।

Psalm 44:25
ਸਾਨੂੰ ਖਾਕ ਅੰਦਰ ਧੱਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਮੂਧੇ ਊਁਹ ਖਾਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਏ ਹਾਂ।
