ਦਾਊਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਸੀਬਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਇਹ ਸਭ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਹਨ?” ਸੀਬਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਇਹ ਖੋਤੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਨ ਲਈ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਰੋਟੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਲ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਜਾੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਦਿਆਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰੀ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰੇ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਮੈਅ ਦੀ ਮਸ਼ਕ ਹੈ।”
