ਸੋ ਇੱਕ ਘੁੜਸਵਾਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਲਈ ਗਿਆ। ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ਵਾਹਕ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਯੋਰਾਮ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਪੁੱਛਦਾ ਹੈ ਸਭ ਸੁੱਖ ਤਾਂ ਹੈ?” ਯੇਹੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੀ? ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਆ।” ਦਰਬਾਨ ਨੇ ਯੋਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ਵਾਹਕ ਉਸ ਜੱਥੇ ਕੋਲ ਤਾਂ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਅਜੇ ਤੀਕ ਮੁੜਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ।”

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ: “ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ, ਉਸ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੀਂ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਲੋਕ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦਾ ਭੋਜਨ ਖਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਣ। ਓੱਥੇ ਮਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਲਈ ਰੋਣ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਸੋਗ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਵੀਂ। ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾ ਕਰੀਂ। ਕਿਉਂ? ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅਸੀਸਾਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਲਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਮੈਂ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਮਿਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।” ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੀ।
