ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਅਰਾਮੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਯਰਦਨ ਦਰਿਆ ਤੀਕ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਵਸਤਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਂਡਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਸਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਾਮੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਜੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹ ’ਚ ਹੀ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ਵਾਹਕ ਵਾਪਸ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਕੇ ਇਹ ਹਾਲ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ।

Hebrews 12:1
ਸਾਨੂੰ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੀ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਸਾਡੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਿਹਚਾਵਾਨ ਲੋਕ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀਆਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦਸੱਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਦੌੜ ਲਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਪਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਦੂਰ ਸੁੱਟ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਫ਼ੜ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
