ਜਦੋਂ ਹੀਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੁਣਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬੜਾ ਖੁਸ਼ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਅੱਜ, ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ, ਦਾਊਦ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਹਾਨ ਕੌਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਸਿਆਣਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।”

ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਦੋਂ ਵਾਪਰਨਗੀਆਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਖਾਸ ਬੱਚੇ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਜਿਂਮਾ ਲਵੇਗਾ। ਉਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, “ਅਦਭੁੱਤ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ, ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਉਹ ਪਿਤਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਦਾ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਮਨ ਦਾ ਸਹਿਜ਼ਾਦਾ।”
