ਇੱਥੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਸੇਵਕ, ਤੇਰੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹ ਇੰਨੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਗਿਣੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਸਕ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚਕਾਰ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਕਰਨੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
