ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବଦା ଏହିଗୁଡ଼ିକ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମନେ ରଖିବାକୁ କୁହ : ସମାନେେ ସରକାରୀ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନ ରେ ରୁହନ୍ତୁ, ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଆଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ କରନ୍ତୁ ଓ ଭଲ କାମ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଥାଆନ୍ତୁ ;
