ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ୟିରୁଶାଲମର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର କ୍ରୀତଦାସରୂପେ ରଖିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯୋଜନା କରିଅଛ। ଏହା କରି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ମଧ୍ଯ ପାପ କରିଅଛ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ୟିରୁଶାଲମର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର କ୍ରୀତଦାସରୂପେ ରଖିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯୋଜନା କରିଅଛ। ଏହା କରି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ମଧ୍ଯ ପାପ କରିଅଛ।
