ଲବେୀୟ ନେତା କନନିଯ ଗାଯନ ଦାଯିତ୍ବ ରେ ଥିଲେ। କନନିଯ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ବିଦ୍ଯା ରେ ଅତ୍ଯନ୍ତ ପ୍ରବୀଣ ଥିବାରୁ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଏହି କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ଦତ୍ତ ହାଇେଥିଲା।
