Proverbs 20:19
ଯେ ଖଚୁଆ ହାଇେ ବୁଲେ, ସେ ଗୁପ୍ତକଥା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରେ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତା' ସଙ୍ଗେ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାର ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧ ରଖ ନାହିଁ। ଯେ ଗପିବାକୁ ଭଲ ପାଏ।

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଖଳ କହି ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଏଣେ ତଣେେ ବୁଲିବ ନାହିଁ କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀର ଜୀବନ ପ୍ରତି ବିପଦ ଆସିଲା ଭଳି କୌଣସି କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବ ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ।

ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ମୁଖର କଥାକୁ ଜଗେ ସେ ତା'ର ଜୀବନ ରକ୍ଷା କରେ। ଯେ ଚିନ୍ତା ନ କରି କ ହେ ସେ ବିନାଶ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୁଏ।

ହେ ମାରେ ପୁତ୍ର, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଓ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କର। ସହେି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଜଡିତ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ବିପକ୍ଷ ରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।
