କୋଡିଏ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ରାଜା ଶଲୋମନ ସୋରର ରାଜା ହୀରମଙ୍କୁ ଗୀଲୀଲି ଦେଶସ୍ଥ କୋଡିଏ ନଗର ଦେଲେ। ସେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ନଗରଗୁଡିକ ଦେଲେ, କାରଣ ହୀରମ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର ଓ ରାଜଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ରେ ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିଥିଲେ। ସେ ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କୁ ଏରସ କାଠ, ଦବଦୋରୁ କାଠ ଓ ସୁବର୍ଣ ଯୋଗଇ ଥିଲେ।

ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ରାଜା ପକହଙ୍କେର ସମୟରେ ଅଶୂରର ରାଜା ତିଗ୍ଲତ-ପିଲଷେର ଆସି ଇୟୋନ, ଆବଲେ-ବୈଥ୍ମାଖା, ୟାନୋହକଦେେଶ, ହାତ୍ସୋର, ଗିଲିଯଦ, ଗାଲୀଲ ଓ ସମୁଦାଯ ନପ୍ତାଲି ଦେଶ ଅଧିକାର କଲା। ଆଉ ସେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଦୀ କରି ଅଶୂରକୁ ନଇଗେଲା।
