ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନ ପ୍ରତି ଓ ତହିଁର ନିବାସୀମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଏହି କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବା। ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ନଗରକୁ ତୋଫତ ତୁଲ୍ଯ କରିବା।'
