ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକତ୍ର କର, ପୁରୁଷ ଲୋକ, ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଲୋକ, େଛାଟପିଲା ଏବଂ ବିଦେଶୀଯମାନେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ନଗର ରେ ବାସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଏହି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଣିବେ। ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶଓରଙ୍କୁ ଭକ୍ତି ଓ ସମ୍ମାନ କରିବେ। ଏହାପରେ ସମାନେେ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସା ରେ କର୍ମ କରିପାରିବେ।

ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକତ୍ର କର, ପୁରୁଷ ଲୋକ, ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଲୋକ, େଛାଟପିଲା ଏବଂ ବିଦେଶୀଯମାନେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ନଗର ରେ ବାସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଏହି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଣିବେ। ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶଓରଙ୍କୁ ଭକ୍ତି ଓ ସମ୍ମାନ କରିବେ। ଏହାପରେ ସମାନେେ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସା ରେ କର୍ମ କରିପାରିବେ।
