ଏଥି ରେ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ଓ ଅଧିପତି ଗଣର ସାକ୍ଷାତ ରେ ମମୁଖନ ଉତ୍ତର ଦଇେ କହିଲେ, ବଷ୍ଟୀରାଣୀ କବଳେ ମହାରାଜାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ନୁହେଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଅକ୍ଷଶ୍ବରେଶ ରାଜାର ଅଧିନସ୍ଥ ପ୍ରଦେଶର ସମସ୍ତ ଅଧିପତି ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଭୂଲ କର୍ମ କରୁଛନ୍ତି।
