ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟମାନେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହେଲେ। ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟମାନଙ୍କର ତିରିଶ ସହସ୍ର ରଥ ଓ ଛଅ ସହସ୍ର ଅଶ୍ବାରୋହୀ ଥିଲେ ଓ ସମକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ର ତୀରର ବାଲିଭଳି ସୈନିକ ଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ଆସି ମିକ୍ମସ୍ ରେ ବୈଥାବନର ପୂର୍ବଦିଗ ରେ ଛାଉଣୀ ସ୍ଥାପନ କଲେ।

ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଉତ୍ତର ସୀମା ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେଲା। ଏହାର ସୀମା ଉତ୍ତର ରେ ଯିରୀହାରେକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଲାଗିଥିଲା। ଏହାପରେ ଏହାର ସୀମା ପଶ୍ଚିମ ରେ ପର୍ବତମଯ ଦେଶକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଲାଗିଥିଲା। ଏହାର ସୀମା ପୂର୍ବ ପଟ ରେ ବୈଥାବନ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଲାଗିଥିଲା।

ହୋଶେୟ 10:5
ଶମରିଯର ଲୋକମାନେ ବୈଥ୍-ଆବନର ବାଛୁରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୂଜା କରନ୍ତି। ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ କାନ୍ଦିବେ। ଯାଜକମାନେ ମଧ୍ଯ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ କାନ୍ଦିବେ। କାହିଁକି? କାରଣ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସୁନ୍ଦର ପ୍ରତିମା ଗ୍ଭଲିଗଲା। ତାକୁ ଦୂ ରଇେ ନିଆଗଲା।
ହୋଶେୟ 5:8
ଗିବିଯା ରେ ଶିଙ୍ଗା ବଜାଅ। ରାମା ରେ ତୂରୀ ବଜାଅ। ବୈଥ-ଆବନ ରେ ସତର୍କ କରିଦିଅ। ହେ ବିନ୍ଯାମୀନ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପଛ ରେ ଶତୃଗଣ ଅଛନ୍ତି।

ସମାନେେ ଯିରୀହାକେକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପରାସ୍ତ କଲାପରେ, ଯିହାଶୂେୟ ଅଯକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଲୋକ ପଠାଇଲେ। ଅଯ ବୈଥଲରେ ପୂର୍ବ ଦିଗସ୍ଥିତ ବୈଥାବନର ପାଶର୍ବ ରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ। ଯିହାଶୂେୟ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ, ଅଯକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ୟାଅ ଓ ସଠାେରେ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସନ୍ଧାନ କରି ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଦୁର୍ବଳତାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସନ୍ଧାନ କର। ତେଣୁ ଏଥି ରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ୟାଇ ଅଯ ରେ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସନ୍ଧାନ କଲେ।
