ଲବେୀ ପରିବାରର ନିଜେ ନିଜେ ଏବଂ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଲୋକମାନେ ନିଜେ ନିଜେ, ଶିମିଯିର ପରିବାରମାନେ ନିଜେ ନିଜେ ଶାେକ କରିବେ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନେ ନିଜେ ନିଜେ ଶାେକ କରିବେ।

ଶିମଯିଙ୍କର ଷୋହଳ ଜଣ ପୁତ୍ର ଥିଲେ ଓ ଛଅ ଜଣ କନ୍ଯା ଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତି ଶିମଯିଙ୍କର ଭ୍ରାତାମାନଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ସନ୍ତାନ ସନ୍ତତି ନ ଥିଲେ। ଶିମଯିଙ୍କର ଭ୍ରାତାମାନଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ବଡ଼ ପରିବାର ନ ଥିଲା। ଯିହୁଦାର ଅନ୍ଯାନ୍ଯ ପରିବାରଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପରି ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପରିବାରବର୍ଗ ବଡ଼ ନ ଥିଲା।

ପଦାଯଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ଥିଲେ ସରୁଦ୍ଦାବଲେ ଓ ଶିମିଯି। ସରୁବ୍ବାବିଲଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ଥିଲେ ମଶୂଲ୍ଲମ ଓ ହନାନିଯ। ଶ ଲୋମୀତ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଭଉଣୀ ଥିଲେ।

ଦାଉଦ ବହକ୍ସ୍ଟରୀମକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗଲେ, ସଠାେରେ ଦେଖିଲେ ଶାଉଲ ବଂଶର ଏକ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ସଠାେରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବାହାରି ଆସିଲା, ତା'ର ନାମ ଥିଲା ଶିମିଯି। ସେ ଥିଲା ଗରୋର ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ର, ସେ ବାହାରି ଆସିବା ସମୟରେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗାଳି ଦେଉଥିଲା। ଏବଂ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ବିଷଯ ରେ ଗାଳି କରି କରି ବାହାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଥିଲା।

ତାହା ହେଲେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜାଣିବ ଯେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଠାଇଲୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହା କଲୁ ଯାହାଦ୍ବରା ଲବେୀମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଆମ୍ଭର ନିଯମ ଗ୍ଭଲୁ ରହିବ। ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ୍ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହିସବୁ କହିଥିଲେ।
