Psalm 50:9
ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଗୃହରୁ ବଳଦମାନଙ୍କୁ ନବେି ନାହିଁ କି ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗୁହାଳରୁ ଛଳେିମାନଙ୍କୁ ନବେି ନାହିଁ।

ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ କ'ଣ ଆଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଭଟେିବା? କ'ଣ କରି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବସ୍ଥ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରିବା? କ'ଣ ହାମବେଳି ଓ ଏକବର୍ଷୀଯ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ନଇେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଭଟେି ଦବୋ?

ସେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଜୀବନ ଓ ପ୍ରାଣବାଯୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରନ୍ତି। ସେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯମାନଙ୍କର ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ଲୋଡ଼ନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ତାହାଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ଅଭାବ ନାହିଁ।
