ଯେ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ଓ ଜିହ୍ବା ରକ୍ଷା କରେ ସେ କ୍ଲେଶରୁ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରେ।

ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଅନକେ ଭୁଲ କରୁ। ଯଦି ଜଣେ ଲୋକ କୌଣସି ଭୁଲ କଥା କହି ନାହିଁ, ତା ହେଲେ ସେ ଜଣେ ସିଦ୍ଧ ମଣିଷ ଅଟେ। ସେ ନିଜ ସମସ୍ତ ଶରୀରକୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ସଂୟତ କରିପାରିବ।
