ମାତ୍ର ରୁବନରେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଓ ଗାଦ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀର ଲୋକମାନେ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ ଆସି କହିଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ମଷେମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ମଷେଶାଳା ଓ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପାଲାମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନଗର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା।
