ତୃତୀୟ ଦିନ ଦାଉଦ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନେ ସିକ୍ଲଗ୍ ରେ ପହଁଞ୍ଚିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ଦେଖିଲେ ଅମାଲକେୀଯମାନେ ସିକ୍ଲଗ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିଥିଲେ। ଅମାଲକେୀଯ ଲୋକମାନେ ନଗେଭେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରି ଓ ସିକ୍ଲଗ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରି ସହର ରେ ନିଆଁ ଲଗାଇ ଦଇେଥିଲେ।

ପୂର୍ବେ ମିଶର ରାଜା ଗଷେର ନଗର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କଲେ ଓ ତାକୁ ପୋଡି଼ ଦେଲେ। ସେ ତନ୍ନିବାସୀ କିଣାନୀଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କଲେ। ଶଲୋମନ ଫାରୋଙ୍କ କନ୍ଯାକୁ ବିବାହ କଲେ ଓ ଫାରୋ ୟୌତୁକ ସ୍ବରୂପ ସହେି ନଗରକୁ ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କୁ ଦାନ କଲେ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଦେଶ ଧ୍ବଂସ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ନଗରଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଅଗ୍ନି ରେ ଭସ୍ମିଭୂତ ହାଇେଅଛି। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଦେଶ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଅଧିକୃତ। ସୈନ୍ଯବାହିନୀ ଦ୍ବାରା ଦେଶ ଧ୍ବଂସ ହେଲା ପରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦେଶ ଧ୍ବଂସ ହାଇୟୋଇଛି।

ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନ ଭିତ ରେ ଏହି କ୍ଲେଶ ତାକୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିବ : ମୃତ୍ଯୁ, ଦୁଃଖଦାୟକ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ, ମହା କ୍ଷୁଧା। ସେ ଅଗ୍ନି ରେ ଜଳିୟିବ, କାରଣ ପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତା'ର ବିଚାର କରିଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସେ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
