ମାନିବା ପାଇଁ କଠିନ ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ ସମାନେେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି ନିୟମ ତିଆରି କରନ୍ତି। ସହେି ନିୟମଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମାନିବା ପାଇଁ ସମାନେେ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବାଧ୍ଯ କରନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ସମାନେେ ନିଜେ କବେେ ହେଲେ ସହେି ନିୟମମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ହେଲେ ଅନୁସରଣ କରିବାକୁ ଚେ଼ଷ୍ଟା କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
